Regardless of your Show's accreditation policies, MyExpoCredits can completely eliminate any problems you have had previously with session attendance or CEU accreditation, while making the process fun, convenient, easy and secure. Session Evaluations with complete analyses can also be integrated with MyExpoCredits. How does it work? Session attendance or 'Class Cards' are pre-printed with unique, one-time-use pass-codes for all applicable Seminars or Workshops. At the close of the session, each qualified attendee is given one 'Class Card' for that session. At anytime during the Show, attendees can login to a MyExpoCredit kiosk (usually located in the registration area) and update their session attendance record by entering the unique pass-codes from the 'Class Cards' they have collected. After entering a pass-code, the applicable session name is displayed along with its credit hours. Attendees may then print out a Certificate/Receipt listing their session history to date. Attendees' session attendance can be updated from any Internet connected computer and the Certificate/Receipt printed out, up to thirty (30) days after the Show. CEU accreditation for multiple, ongoing events throughout the year can also be supported. What about security? 'Class Cards' are pre-printed with pass-codes that are unique to that Session and can only be used once. Also, our pass-codes are generated randomly not sequentially. So, the same 'Class Card' cannot be used by two attendees and an attendee will not get credit by simply entering a higher (or lower) numbered pass-code. Show Management will determine policy governing replacement of lost or forgotten 'Class Cards'. How do attendees benefit? Attendees can now track, update and receipt their session attendance themselves, from any Internet connected computer up to thirty (30) days after the Show. They can print out their own attendance Certificates; no more waiting for Show Management to mail them out. How does Show Management benefit? You can relax while your attendees totally manage their own session accreditation and certification. No more post-Show verifying session attendance on the telephone. No more mailing out Certificates. You will also have real-time access to all session update activity. With a mouse-click you will know who earned credit for which session. You can run comparisons with your registration reports to determine who registered for a session but did not receive credit and who received credit for sessions for which they were not registered.
