All attendees and exhibitors are required to wear their official event badge and badge holder at all times. Use of a badge by a person not named on the badge is grounds for confiscation. If you lose your badge, please return to Registration to obtain a replacement - fees may apply. An adult with a full registration badge must accompany attendees under 12 years of age.
Badges & Registration
Admittance into all official events and functions is granted through the use of an official badge and applicable tickets. Your badge must be worn in a visible location at all times. Badges may not be given to other individuals or resold. No buyer or non-exhibiting attendee will be admitted with an exhibitor badge designation nor should an attendee try to gain entry using a badge that belongs to another individual.
How Your Personal Data Is Collected Through Your Badge
When AFCI scans your badge, your personal information is processed pursuant to AFCI's legitimate interest in tracking attendance, traffic flow, and providing a better show for attendees.
By allowing exhibitors to scan your badge, you are sharing the following information with them: badge number, name, company, address, country, phone, email, registration type. Exhibitors may then contact you regarding their goods or services. Please review their privacy policies for additional information. If you do not want to share your information, do not permit the exhibitor to scan your badge. If you do not want to receive communications from an exhibitor, you must contact that exhibitor directly.
NO Refunds will be granted for conference sessions for any reason, except in the case a paid class is cancelled by the Association for Creative Industries (AFCI). Conference tickets may be swapped between individuals within the same organization only.
NO REFUNDS will be granted for non-member badges. To transfer your registration to another member of your organization, put your request in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lost badges will incur a $15 reprint fee.
Children and Minors Policy
AFCI does not admit minors under twelve (12) years of age into Creativation. AFCI may make an exception, in its sole discretion, for minors with a business interest at the event.
Minors between the age of twelve (12) years and seventeen (17) along with their parent/guardian must sign a waiver in order to be allowed to attend Creativation.

Animals are not permitted at Creativation or in the Phoenix Convention Center. The only exception is for documented service animals. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
Strollers & Rolling Carts
For safety reasons strollers are not permitted on the Show floor. Small rolling business cases and bags are permitted on the Show floor provided they do not cause an obstruction.
